Dennis Flaherty, owner and inspector at Inside N Out, did an exemplary job on the inspection of our potential home purchase. Licensed both for general inspection and structural pest assessment (Washington State Licensed Inspector #218, WSDA Structural Pest Inspector License # 70563, ASHI Certified Inspector #244796), the inspection was very complete, referencing any/all issues of concern that needed to be addressed. Dennis was very flexible to perform the inspection on a very quick turn around. The final report was delivered to me electronically, and detailed not only a text assessment of the items needing resolved, but in most cases a detailed photo and location assessment that could then be shared with a contractor for a bid to resolve the issue. The report itself was professional, easy to follow, and assisted us greatly in our evaluation process. I would highly recommend Inside N Out to anyone in the market for a home inspection in the Bellingham/metro area. Top shelf, for sure, and worth the investment to know what you're getting into with a new home purchase, or a pre-inspection if you're bringing your own home to market.
