It went very smoothly.

Everything was done in a timely manner. The first floodlight replaced turned out to be defective, I called & they came out the next day and replaced it. It has been working fine ever since. They were always on time & worked in a professional manner.

Installed 3 ceiling fans. We were not inform that our slanted ceilings required special brackets. We bought the right ones which they installed. They had to come back to set separate frequencies for the remotes. They were very accommodating, courteous and worked quickly. The building inspector approved all their work.

I received 3 bids for our recessed lighting job. I went with the middle bid (along with Angie's List very strong recommendation). I told the electrician bidding and eventually doing the work (and showed them via diagram) specifically what I wanted for the recessed lighting of which they completely agreed to do. In the middle of the job (I came home during my lunch break) I saw they were using different bulbs on the 11 recessed lights than I had requested (based on recommendation of my interior designer). They explained why they used the different bulb (which at the time I knew not the difference)...which later we ended up replacing (at our own cost) the original bulbs we had requested. I don't know why they did not tell us prior to doing the job that the bulb we had requested was not appropriate (in their opinion) but did what they wanted. They also came to the job site with (some) inappropriate cans for the recessed lighting I had requested. They also did not bring the bulbs to the level within the recessed lighting we had requested during the bid (and when in the middle of the job I reminded them). When I sent an e-mail to the company expressing my disatisfaction there were no apologies, no "what can we do to fix the problem" but rather, "we will forward on to the electrician that did your work". I will never consider them for an electrical job. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer care of what the customer would like done within their home.

Courtesy call 10 minutes prior to arrival time, which was also the appointment time. Diagnosed problems within minutes. The electrician had parts on his truck, and he had everything done in no time. Said two words, just went about his business. Let's just say he knew what he was doing.

The job was done to my satisfaction and I will likely call this company again.

Repair appointment arranged for day after my first call. Arrived within arranged time block, but my request to call when electrician arrived was not transmitted to him (I was close to, but not at the site). Professional job, performed quickly and accurately. Pricing a bit high vs. work performed due to minimum 1 hour labor charge plus travel time ($65/hr).

showed up timely, gave an estimate that matched my research and experience, materials met spec. Didn't try to chat me up just gave direct responses to questions and provided information that confirmed my own research and 1 week later technician showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up after himself and everything is fine so far.

Everything went well. It was a simple fix.

I was extremely satisfied with all but the price, but as it compares to recent plumbing work I have had done, it was acceptable.

Fast, efficient with no hassle. Their electrician was skilled and his work passed city inspection with no problems. Very little interruption in our power service was certainly appreciated. The work was done several years ago and everything works fine.
