Clyde was very professional and gave a good presentation of the materials. The written estimate was very detailed with sizes and quantities clearly pictured. However, the price was way more then any of the other estimates I received. The reason was the warranty and superior quality of the product. I'm an old lady and I will never outlive the double lifetime warranty. Besides, I was replacing the windows to sell the property. It would be different if I was young and never wanted to worry about my windows failing for any reason and was planning on living here. It was way too much money for me.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. When I have any questions, they are able to direct me and show me what I need and what I need to do with it. They order it for me. Their delivery charge is too high, so I pick it up myself. I have never had a problem with anything I bought from them. It is good quality. I have bought a lot of tools there.

I should have known better. We got through the entire quote and presentation process, only to get a super high bid and a refusal to provide an itemized bid. I was told, "Home Depot sells the whole roof as a package thus we can't break out individual costs." Baloney sandwich.

They were efficient, on time and friendly. They worked hard. They were pleasant. We were very satisfied with their job.
