My complaints are not to any of the fine people
I have interacted with at group health- they have been great. But the policy and policy makers
for Brand name drugs has been dishonest. They make you take 4 generics and then they will pay for the brand name. Meanwhile you are in pain and suffer. Only way around it is more paperwork for an appeal. 
Utter folly, irretrievably stupid and cruel policy.
At beginning of year it was 2 generics then they change it to 4 generics you must try. Dishonest too.
This whole process is the worst of insurance company antics
of deny, delay, obfuscate all to save a little money. Shameful. What is someone
to do suffer not being able to pee while the process of wearing down the
patient and doctor plays out? Dreadful.
I am lucky I have nexus and live on the Canadian Border and could get the name brand at less cost. What about the other poor souls? Going to Pemaara Blue Cross.

I have had health insurance from Group Health Cooperative. It was the least expensive insurance provided by my employer, and I have never been dissatisfied. There are a wide range of health practitioners available, Copays are as low as any, Customer service is great. There are quite a few health-promoting programs available (e.g., gym discounts) Alternative medicine is often covered. I like the fact that Group Health is a non-profit organization.
