Excellent! Installation was started and completed on time. Installers were very professional and respectful. The floors look great!

We worked with Mike at Great Floors to replace the carpet in our entire house before it was put on the market. He was very courteous and professional, and helped us find carpeting that met our budget. He also was helpful and responsive with the scheduling process, following through to make sure the project was completed on time and to our satisfaction. We will definitely give him a call in the future when we need additional flooring!

Everything went fine, it seemed. I'm no particular judge of this service, knowing very little about flooring. But the salesperson, Mike, didn't pressure us to get more expensive flooring (the vinyl flooring was cheap at 99 cents/sq. ft), which I appreciated. And he really seemed to know his stuff, when he recommended the kind of flooring based on the curvature in our floor and he also was able to identify what lay beneath the carpet we were replacing (some tar paper thing that looked a bit like linoleum but was far older). I felt like I had to be a bit on top of Mike to do the actual scheduling of the work, but nothing egregious.
The two men who came to do the installation worked assiduously all day long and got it done in one day. Were very respectful of us and accommodating though not thrilled with our two young children who were very interested in the process.
The resulting flooring is attractive and, two months in, no complaints. My husband is the one who engaged their services, so I can't comment on the competitiveness of the pricing, but the invoice breakdown seemed reasonable.

Met with Bob at Great Floors to inquire about installing vinyl planked floors in entire house. He was very helpful and explained the different types of floors. He promptly measured our house and gave us a bid. He scheduled the installers to complete the work. The installers Rusty, Ryan and Chad removed all the old carpet and pads, moved furniture, prepped floors and then installed new vinyl plank flooring in the whole house as well as new trim throughout. These men were professional. Their work was flawless. They worked as a team and completed the project in 3.5 days. They are true craftsmen. We are extremely satisfied with all the work and would recommend Bob at Great Floors and Rusty, Ryan and Chad to anyone. A positive experience.

Went to Great Floors to have our laundry room tile replaced.  Also, while we were there we ordered a rug for our family room to be cut and bound.  The salesman was very knowledgeable, came out and measured and scheduled our tile to be done on the date I asked for.  It was installed as scheduled and all went well except there was a lip between the laundry room tile and hallway hardwood.  The salesman said he would come and install a transition piece himself.  After many phone calls it was never done.
In the mean time he said the rug was being bound and he would deliver it.  Then he said at a later date it had just come in and needed to be bound.  He would deliver it when it was done.  Well, two months later, no rug.  I just called to cancel the rug.
So A- on the vinyl tile, F on the rug.
They have great prices, a huge selection of product, but low on fulfilling promises.

The salesman let me take home quite a few large samples so that I could see the coloring in the room different lights. I picked up more samples, I returned to the store and selected a few more samples. The sales person steered me away from carpeting that would not be suitable for my lifestyle. (i.e. high maintenance, it would show every foot print, etc.)
I picked my carpet, was quoted a price which included the the square yardage, the installation of carpet and padding; removing the old carpet and pad and to move all the furniture from the room and replace it when the job was done.
I chose a date for installation and Great Floors kept me informed about the delivery of the carpeting to their store and made sure that the date and time of day of installation would be what I wanted.
The installers arrived promptly, they were very personable and clean. The did everything that I requested, removed and replaced all furniture and did a remarkable neat job of installation. They cleaned up every scrap and vacuum the entire carpet once installed.
I was extremely happy that the measurements taken by Great Floors was exact. I had only a very few scraps of new carpet left over (approximately one piece about 10" x 24").

Professional and easy to work with. We will use them again.

Overwell, it went very well.

In Febuary of this year our home burned down, They had to rebuild the entire inside. We hired MC Smith as our contractor who has provided us with the best sub-contactors. Great Floors was one of them.
The job they did not only on the wood floors but also the tile work in our bathroom and kitchen counter tops is perfect! And I do mean PERFECT!! I did not know that they did all of this but they do. I chose solid surface counter tops for my kitchen in white. White is a very hard color to work with. It can show every seam. You can not see the seams at all!!
The tile work in the bathroom was done correctly, waterproofing the cement board to sealing it when they were done. There is not one tile out of place.This job is also PERFECT!!
And now to the wood floors. Derrick came to our home and helped me pick out what I wanted and still stay in the budget.He really helped me. It is hard to understand all the differences between the floors but he explained them all.
If you need any of this kind of work in your home call them. All of there people are so nice and very good at what they do.
They turned a very bad experience into a great one.

I had to have my house recarpeted on short notice. My furniture was showing up in less than a week and I wanted to have it done before then to avoid moving all my stuff out. Great Floors had my house measured the day I called, the old carpet was removed the next day, and the new carpet installed the day after that! From the time I called to the time the job was done was 72 hours. Steven Boyd installed the carpet and he did a great job! It was a little pricey but I can't complain given the the timeliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
