FLORES PAINTING

Our first person to person contact with Francisco Flores was to set price and scope of project and set up a start date. Francisco furnished color charts for our choice of finishes. Our home has several exterior materials and Francisco suggested the best finish for each type.
A few days later Flores' crew cleaned and pressure washed the buildings exterior walls and trim.
About one week later Flores' crew arrived and began caulking, sanding and masking.
In the next few days the walls and trim were completely painted using sprayer, brush and roller.
Due to inclement weather, the exterior doors were not painted until a few days later.
Start to finish was about two weeks from the pressure wash to the re-installation of the painted doors.
The painters were very careful during the actual painting, assuring anything not being painted was protected by coverings or moved out of the way.
The trim paint edges are clean and crisp, very good work. Paint coverage is excellent, everything even colored.
We are very pleased with the finished product. Flores is pretty particular about the quality of his work and did a better job than I would and I am pretty particular.
