. It's difficult to remember all the work Mike has done inside, outside, and around my home. Mike is almost always punctual, to the minute, or he calls to explain a delay, which rarely occurred. A client can depend on his schedule, and his word. Mike invents amazing workarounds, which can happen, during the completion of a particular project. Mike knows home building from the foundation to the roof, and has many years of experience. When appropriate, Mike would request me to hire a plumber or electrician, to do certain things. Mike pays attention to detail. Mike is trustworthy, period. I never felt compelled to stay at home when he was working, and once I left on a week's vacation while he worked in my home. Mike has good suggestions, but isn't pushy about his opinions. Mike is sensitive to proper boundaries between contractor & client. He works at a steady pace, gets things done, but never in a 'frenzy' to finish. I respect Mike for his workmanship, and for who he is as a husband, father, and grandfather.
