Eartha Kitty's Estate Sales & Appraisals

I found Franny via Angie's List, and interviewed 2 other Estate Sales people in the area.   I was immediately impressed by her  personal empathetic enthusiasm for the emotionally difficult process of selling my parent's home furnishings.  I was blown away by her expertise and dedication to the rules of her profession.  She clearly  articulated her responsibilities and how they are designed to serve the best interests of her clients.
Franny took inventory, researched the value of significant items, organized the household items for the sale, and then priced them fairly.  She marketed the sale on her website blog to her "followers" and on CraigsList and the Herald.   She protected floors from the foot traffic and took great measures to handle the parking and minimizing the impact of the sale traffic on the neighborhood.  
She holds a reduced price sale on Day 2, and logs the actual sale prices of each of the significant items, and creates in itemized spreadsheet report from which she also pays the WA state sales tax for us. 
She delivered what neighbors said was a very well-attended sale (I was 3,000 miles away), and she had sufficient staff at the sale to handle the crowd.
She delivered on all commitments, even had the sale a week earlier than originally estimated.
Count me as a delighted client, and if I ever need Estate Sale services again, I can only hope to find someone was pleasureable to work with as Franny.
