For 17 years DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has remodeled homes in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. We have 3-6 employee's we do much of the work ourselves, and sub contract out only to the best available subs when needed. We are a locally owned franchise, this allows us to have national buying power, training, and latest product updates that some remodelers may not have. Full Design Department & Showroom

DreamMaker contracted a locale cabinet maker to construct and install two 45% floating shelves for my kitchen. The color of the shelves had to match existing cabinets. The shelves are beautiful, installed perfectly and match the other cabinets. Love them!

There were huge discrepancies between the bid and actual cost of the job. The master bedroom and bath were scheduled to be completed in June and are still not finished. Several mistakes have been made by the contractor throughout this journey. When we finally told this contractor that he would receive no more payments from us until the job was finished, he abandoned the job completely. This was after we had given him $75,000 in cash and purchased many of our own materials. The subcontractors' work was high quality, but the contractors behavior and management of the job was deplorable.

We were charged twice for some items of work and I pointed this out to the owner. The bill was adjusted but we received no bill in the mail. Instead they called us and told us we were delinquent in paying the bill.
We called the owner at Dreammakers on his cell several times to discuss our dissatisfaction about the door and he did not returned the calls.
We started this process in March and it wasn't finished till late August.
