When I contacted Decovations, they quickly came out and took a look at my site for a concrete pour. The next day, I got an email with an estimate that was quite competitive. However, after this initially great experience, things went south. Aaron didn't show up for the next appointment, to finalize the plans for the pour, and I had to call to reschedule him (and remind him that he'd missed our appointment). He made it out again, and we then made an appointment to begin the work. He never showed. I left him a voice mail and sent an email, and to this day (now several weeks on) have not heard from him.
Description of Work: Aaron came out and performed a quote for a concrete pour in my basement.
