CREDO CONSTRUCTION

I had a toilet tank overflow flood in my rental house and hired Credo Construction to restore the house back to it's original state once the dry-out was completed. Evan came to do the repairs and I couldn't be happier. He was always on time, very friendly, quick, and competent. The owner Matt (I believe he was the owner) was very accommodating and friendly from first contact to last contact. I think the type of work that I asked them to do was a lot smaller in scale than what they normally worked on, but nonetheless, they made me a fell like a priority and not an afterthought. I highly recommend Credo Construction.

Our condominium complex has used Credo for about 3 years now, for repair work needed to the buildings in the complex.  We tried a couple other contracting companies with mixed results, before coming to Credo.  Credo has proven themselves to be far superior to other contractors in doing repair and re-build work on aging buildings with various problems.  Most of the work done was repairing water intrusion damage and rot on decks that were not installed properly when the buildings were first built.  Over the years, weather took it's toll.  The decks had to be completely torn down and replaced, along with re-building the areas that had rot and mold.  Each crew we've had in has been totally professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it right.....no shortcuts.  When a problem arose or something unexpected came up, it was brought to our attention, we discussed what the best solution would be, and the job moved forward.  Once on the job they we're there until it was finished unless we were waiting on materials, etc.  Credo always worked efficiently, they were respectful of neighbors around them, they always kept a neat work site, and cleaned up when they were done.  I'm sure we'll continue to use Credo Construction for all of our major repair work in order to keep our complex in good shape for many years to come.  I would recommend these guys to anyone.
