Projects included: insulation, electrical, and heating & cooling. A huge thank you to CAZ Construction and Favinger Plumbing for the incredible work they did helping my elderly mother through Skagit Housing Authority. The team was professional, kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Special shoutout to Alfredo, Alberto, Jimmy, Lazaro, Brian, Keith, and Ricky—you guys are rockstars! Your teamwork, attention to detail, and generosity meant so much to our family. Highly recommend!

Very smooth process. Did air sealing on duct work and in the attic. Even did blower door test before and after to make sure the air sealing worked. Added a door to the crawl space to keep rodents out.

Dan came out to provide a quote, and also made some recommendations for future work. It was easy to get on CAZ's schedule, and Dan was very communicative throughout the process. The work was done on time and within the quote provided. We didn't pass the air quality test the first time, so that delayed things a bit but Dan made sure to come back the next morning to hook our water heater back up which I very much appreciated! They were very diligent in making sure we were satisfied - we noticed that some of the panel nails still had patches stuck to them, and CAZ came right back out to do a thorough cleanup.

Communication was great. Tenants commented that they could feel a real difference . Kyle (the supervisor I dealt with) talked frankly about projects really worth doing and those with less than stellar payback. No push just professionalism with a nice percentage of friendly.
