He is great! He is prompt, efficient, courteous, professional, prices are good, and he will bend over backwards to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot say enough great things about Gavin and his company. This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used and probably the best service provider in any category I have ever used. He is a dynamite guy, I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This guy was great! Wish I could read his signature on the receipt so I could recommend him. I thought the carpet was hopeless. I had actually contemplated putting new carpet in but did not want to spend the money to ready my mom's condo for sale when other cosmetic changes were in order. He performed a minor miracle and would defiantly use the company again. Plus this particular technician was polite, industrious, and professional. A tribute to the millennial generation.
