+ -1 moreWe found a house that we were dying to buy we had a couple banks saying it was no problem to finance bue when we got down to brass tacks they could not close the deal. By the time we realized they could not do the job we were down to a couple weeks. Business Bank completed a Mortgage / HELOC package that was optimal for our situation. They closed and funded the house in an unbelievably short time frame about 14 days. Its simply the best bank I have ever worked with, and this is my fifth home purchase.
