BIO BUG PEST MANAGEMENT

We are low on spiders compared to before when we had a lot. Everything is being controlled by the sprays well and it has been a lost less indication of pest being around the home. Everything is working well!

We use Bio Bug Pest Management.  They were here last about a week and a half ago.  They spray about every third month.  I like them.  I've had them for years.  They always call ahead to tell us they are coming.   They are friendly to us and to our pets.

I like them, I've had them for years. They are very careful to call us every time before they come so we know they're coming and they're always very friendly and they're gentle. If my dogs are outside they are very really good with my dogs so they've helped us a lot with the rodent problem.

After a few days the ants diminished and then they came back en force so I called them and the lady said that such an infestation usually required at least a year of monthly treatments $$$$$$$!!!!!!!
The fellow came back on the monthly anniversary for the 2nd to last guaranteed treatment.  He did the same treatment as before with the same result.  Some days we have oodles of ants, others like today none. So I cannot finish this review yet.
As to the question if I would use this provider again I put no because it was so expensive.  We'll see if at least by the third and last visit the ants will be gone.
So I will continue to review this service in the future as this process is not finished yet.

For many months following this service, we had dead ants on the floors in our house, sometimes numbering in the 30's in one area.  In the next year, the ants once again were in their familiar place, chewing away, in the wall.

Not well we still have ants in our bath room. We are calling another local company

I had carpenter ants coming into a back bedroom for about 5 days. Crawling and flying all over the place. Chris, from Bio Bug inspected and treated the whole house inside and out for the ants and  some yellow jacket  nests too. I haven't seen one single ant inside that bedroom in the past 2 weeks and I was seeing about 20-30 per day. The price includes a follow up spray and inspection. I was very happy with the overall experience and have decided to use them for a quarterly program as well. I would reccomend them to friends and family without a problem.

I called Bio Bug after a neighbor was stung by a bee in our backyard. They were able to come out two days later. Rhett, the technician, had been to our house before with the prior owners and remembered it. He sprayed the standard treatment and found a fairly large hornets' nest under our deck. One day later, the nest is completely silent, and a spiderweb outside the kitchen window is now vacant! I mentioned Rhett's memory - I was referred by a friend, and he remembered her house as well. If you become a client I think you'll receive excellent care from Bio Bug.

The technician arrived on time.  He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  He performed his inspection of our house and surrounding property.  He then discussed recommended treatments, etc.  He next completed the treatments as agreed to, once again discussed any concerns we might have and left.  He was very efficient, and professional at all times.  All service, treatments were provided as expected and agreed to.  I would highly recommend BioBug to any one who might be in need of exterminator/pest control. 

We have a crawlspace under our house and spiders of all natures and kinds were making it their home. They were coming up from downstairs into the house itself. So, we were experiencing a lot of spiders. They did a good job because we haven’t seen a spider since.

I have used BioBug for a couple of years now in routine pest control maintenance. They are prompt, responsible and get the job done. They come routinely and always call first to tell me they will be working. Their price seems fair. I am pleased with them, feel comfortable recommending them and will continue to use them myself.

They are fine.  They were responsive.  They showed up on time.  They were comparative.  They did a good job.

I had ants right by the house outside my patio door. I called Bio Bug. My technician, Rhett, walked me around the house and explained what he would do. He completed the initial treatment and set me up with the annual plan which costs $80.00 each quarter. Now whenever I have a problem with unwanted pests, I call Rhett and he comes out and takes care of at no additional cost. My neighbors use him as well. I also recommended Bio Bug to a co-worker who had a problem with squirrels. She told me she was very happy with their work. Rhett is pleasant and professional and I plan on continuing to use the company.
