I have had Steam Sweepers clean my carpets and area rugs on numerous times.  Obviously, I was very pleased with the quality of work or I would not have continued doing business with them. The work was outstanding. The carpets were much cleaner and the house smelled fresh and clean.  I have a dog who spends time in lake on a daily basis, so he brings in some dirt.  I was so impressed that they were able to get all of that soil out of the carpeting and make it appear new again.
They took my area rugs (knotted wool, tucked wool, and tucked synthetic) to the shop for cleaning.  As explained to me, they beat the dust out of them and then use the appropriate cleaning method depending upon the fabric.  When my rugs were returned, they looked great - it was like getting new rugs again.  The colors were sharp and vivid.  
I just had wood flooring installed, so they made some padding to install between the rugs and floor.  The padding adds cushion, keeps the rugs from sliding, and prevents any staining from off-gassing of one synthetic rug that I have. They placed the rugs and pads exactly where I asked and ensured that they were aligned appropriately in the room. 
They have behaved professionally in all of my interactions, whether on the phone or in person. They know the business and the prices are fair. I will continue to do business with Steam Sweepers and recommend them without reservation.

Art runs a very professional company. He answers his phone right away. His shop and equipment are always super clean. It's been years since we've used anyone else because we have been so pleased with his work, that we haven't wanted to try another company. Previous companies left the carpets too wet - so that delayed move-ins.

He is very busy, but keeps close tabs on his employees and is extremely reliable. He always seems to squeeze us in when needed.

He has professional black light equipment he uses for the detection of pet urine stains. He's expert at reading those pee stains. We have won several pet damage battles with tenants because of his equipment.

He keeps records on the conditions of the carpets so he can compare the current condition of the carpet with the last time he cleaned.

His rates are certainly not inexpensive now, but fair for the quality. His counsel and advice have been very valuable to us.

I am very happy with the cleaning that was done on my rugs. As we have a dog our rugs get very smelly. I had our area rug in the living area cleaned and the runner in the hallway. Steam Sweepers can come to your home and pick up your rugs for you and bring them back when done for a small fee ($25) in my case; worth it not to try and haul them somewhere. They took them to their plant where they were dusted, washed, dried and odor control applied. I did not think they could get them completely clean but they look great again and are nice to walk on!
They were very helpful on the phone when i called to inquire about the service and answered all my questions. They were prompt on the times they gave and all went well. I will use them again and tell others.

I had a wool area rug which is approximately 8 years old that needed cleaning. This company will pick up rugs, but mine was small enough to take in myself. The provider was very informative and told me their process for the cleaning when I dropped it off. I would use their services again. The rug looks beautiful

I think they did an outstanding job. They were very courteous and conversational. The price was well in mind with the work that they did. We have used other companies for this in the past and they have been the best.

Rugs were dropped off at the business and cleaned within one week. They offered to deliver them, but I picked them up myself. They helped me get a new pad and actually picked it up so it was there when I picked up the rugs. The rugs were beautiful! I gave them a B on the price only because 400+ seems like a lot of money and I had never had an oriental rug cleaned before; it may be a very reasonable price.

I have used Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC for four years now and they have always done great work. They cost more than other Carpet Cleaning Companies, but the results are worth it. Every single time they have given me the results I want and the employees are very professional. I recently purchased a new home, and the carpets and flooring were absolutely filthy from the previous owners and their pets. I called Steam Sweepers and they cleaned all 3 bedrooms and the tile flooring in the bathroom which now look spectacular. I couldn't be happier. We even had our family room oriental rug which I inherited from my grandmother cleaned. The final results for my oriental rug were excellent! The colors are brighter and the rug is soft to the touch! Steam Sweepers even picked up my rug from my house and brought it back to me with no extra charge, and they were always punctual.
