BEATTIE'S MOBILE LOCK SVC

* For being a locksmith, customers is what keeps a business going, and for this company to continue to use dirty and derogatory words, saying I was "********" "stupid" "spoiled"... in their reply to my review is unacceptable. If they are able to use this language towards a customer on the phone and hiding on the internet, who knows what else they are capable of. It's unprofessional and a business like this does not deserve customers or a platform. I had lost the key to my storage unit (holding all my college appliances for move in) after driving 17 hours on the road, I was fatigued and tired and wanted to ask a professional locksmith for help. I had a disc lock on the storage unit and needed help getting my stuff. When I called for their services I was treated with a disrespectful tone about ETA, cost of the service, and yelling from the provider. The first sign of being unprofessional was their "sarcastic" remark about arriving on time. I understood I was far due to my storage unit but did not appreciate them having an attitude on the phone about needing to drive farther towards my unit. After the first phone call, I was in shock and started tearing up on how disrespectful the "locksmith" had communicated with me. I decided I had to call back and cancel the appointment. I called back to cancel the appointment, and thats when he started yelling at me on the phone and uprurblty hung on me when I started to talk. *Another locksmith in the area (Bow, Wa) I recommend is Raven Lock and Safe. Although, I was able to open my storage unit with a bolt cutter before he got to my unit, he was very professional and understanding.

Thomas showed up promptly,  and did a great job. job  I will hire him in the future and I would and do recoment him to my friends and professional acquaintances.
