I have had them do work several times and always had a good experience. They are prompt in follow-through and good to deal with.

They did an excellent job! There were black drip spots from others who had previously blown out the gutters when wet and dirty, and they cleaned all of that so it looks like new again. I will for sure have them come back for regular maintenance and any other service that comes up. Very careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after. I couldn't be happier.

They are very efficient, do an excellent job and clean up after themselves! I use them every year and am pleased with the service.

We have been using this company for many years now, and fervently hope that they never go away.
We built our home in the early 90's and have always worked hard to take good care of it. And Atta Boy has been a good partner in that endeavor. They've always been there to lend a hand, and have earned our loyalty.
We've always been pleased with the quality of their work. That's not to say that all of our experiences with Atta Boy have been without a few rocky spots. But whenever there has been a problem, Bill and his crew have always stepped up and dealt with it to our satisfaction. And those problems, in our experience, have been very rare. During the vast majority of the time, their work is outstanding; showing a very high level of respect for our property and a high level of skill.
Further, they have always been reasonably punctual, have kept things tidy, and have kept their prices fair.
And after our most recent unfortunate incident involving a falling tree took place, and I needed a hand in my attempts to mitigate the damage to my home (and to hopefully avoid damage to myself!), they were there within minutes, simply for the asking, and helped me out with the tarping of our roof.
It's good to have partners that are there for you when you need them. Atta Boy has earned this review over a lot of years of hard, dangerous work. Atta Boy has also earned a loyal customer.

Hired the company to clean the roof.  In the past, they had
pressure-washed the moss off of the roof, then applied moss-prevention
treatment -- it looked very nice when they were done.  The first time I had them out, all went well-enough, though they
needed to use my hose, and broke the sprayer (didn't tell me / didn't offer to replace it), I didn't complain.  The
second year I had them out (to my new address -- which had a lot of moss on one end of the roof), the roof looked un-touched when they were done.  I called to inquire before paying the bill, and the owner assured me that the work had been done, verified
that he had the right address, and that the moss would fall off on it's own due to a different chemical they were using.  I asked about
pressure-washing -- in the past (and certainly for the same price / what I thought I was ordering this time), they had washed the moss off the roof -- he said I should just wait for the rain to take care of that naturally.  He advised me to wait -- and I
did -- one month, 3 months, and now it's almost a year.  The moss is still there, and getting worse -- I am sure they didn't do the work -- I wish he would have cared enough to come out and look at it when I called - they're just a few blocks away -- wouldn't have been terribly inconvenient for them, and would have probably kept me on as a customer.  Very disappointed this last time -- I don't plan to use this service again; not sure how it went downhill so quickly, from an impressive 1st-time, to such a disappointing 2nd time using their service.

They were really good and reasonable.  I have a sheet metal roof and they got the job done reasonably.  The demeanor of the staff is excellent.  They really had to do a lot of work.  A competitor wanted $500 for the same job and I paid $250.  It was very dangerous work and they got the job done.
