Andi Dyer - Real Estate
About us
~ Andi’s interest in real estate was fueled by her knowledge and understanding in the actual construction of homes and the business side of traditional and Built Green Construction through Sterling Builders. Andi doesn’t just help others purchase and sell homes – she believes in real estate herself. She’s a real-estate investor/landlord who has done the hands-on work of building, remodeling and rehabbing her own homes. Andi enjoys helping clients in their search for properties that will gain in value with a little TLC because she can always see the potential in any property. ~ Andi believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between client and Agent. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone. ~ She constantly updates her real estate skills with courses including becoming a Certified Negotiation Expert. She also studies and implements the latest technologies to effectively connect and communicate with buyers, and to provide the information they seek. She has been recognized as one of the top Real Estate Brokers on Social Media in Bellingham. A thirst for challenge, a perpetual desire for growth, an investment in life-long learning and a commitment that goes beyond the old standard of customer satisfaction to a new standard of client care, are just some of the motivational factors that drive Andi Dyer. ~ On the charitable side, Andi is on the Board of Directors for Whatcom Women in Business, on the Board for Whatcom Housing Alliance, the Board of Directors at Custer Sportsmen’s Club, an active member of Whatcom County Association of Realtors, and helped build and maintains The Dyer Family Friendship School in Cambodia.
