Airtech Heating & Hydro Mechanical

They're due to come out this year. On the price, they're all too high. On quality, generally I'll give them an A, but the first guy they sent didn't finish the job, so they had to send a second guy. It was offered like everything that they could do. They usually responsive. They're punctual. They're pretty professional. Well, I like the fact that they know and remembered my furnace they worked on it for a long time. If you have a question, you can go in and talk to them. They're very responsive with their customers. They service my furnace every year for years, I call the same person.

I arrived home from work to a hot house. When my few attempts to resolve problem (flipping breakers and resetting Nest) didn't work, my 5-months pregnant self panicked! A quick search on Angie's List and Airtech was the first result and seemed best, so I called. The man who answered (at 2:45pm) said they could have a technician here between 3-6pm TODAY, and would call when 30 minutes out.
The tech, Rodolfo, called at 4:30, saying he'd be here at 5, which he promptly was. He was courteous and friendly, and immediately got to work. He was quickly able to figure out the problem in our AC unit, a bad contactor (???), which thankfully he had replacement for in his van. He fixed it and even called in about the warranty for us. As it was (partially) covered, the price was reduced. He completed payment and was finished within the hour. Our AC quickly cooled our house and order was restored!
My husband came home from work early to check in on situation, and he was the main contact with the tech. He was so impressed by the service and professionalism that he plans to utilize their Spring/Fall HVAC maintenance service. The fact they had someone here within two hours of my call means they have a customer for life from me!
