 + -1 moreA mechanical engineer solved complex problems. We had a drainage problem and had a brilliant solution and done very quick. He has multiple skills and a perfectionist. We had our house painted outside. We discovered the master bedroom upstairs has a balcony because the rain had dripped through. He understood structural strength. He replaced the balcony, the entrance, and he installed bamboo flooring, doors and windows, duo-flush toilet, electrical, and done plumbing for us. He's talented. Perfect work and done lots of it. .

 + 1 moreEach and every project was completed in an excellent manner, with minimum disruption of our household, and within the estimate he had provided. I recommend Adventure in Remodeling without reservation to anyone considering remodeling or other general home improvement work requiring a highly skilled craftsman.
Description of Work: This was the most recent job Steve did for us. In consisted of replacing the counter tops in one bathroom and a utility room and installing ceramic tile. On previous job, we had kitchen, hallway, and 2 bathroom counter tops replaced with ceramic tile. We also had a deck foundation done. This was a 2 level deck with a very large upper level deck. The original footing were inadequate and Steve raised both decks in place, and designed and installed much larger and more suitable footings. This was a big job and required some of Steve's engineering education to properly design. And, he did the entire job alone!
