 + -1 moreThey were very responsive. I had to go on a trip before and I could not get the alarm system to arm. I called them and even if they were busy, they sent somebody out to fix it two days before I had to leave.
Description of Work: We used Advanced Direct Security for alarm system. We already had an in-house alram system. All they had to do was tie in to that. It was just a basic alarm system as far as I know. They added a couple of sensors and then they tied them to what was already here.
