We knew the red jello would be a problem, as indeed it was. Ace did what they could without using anything that would lighten the area and we agreed, as the red blends in with the pattern better than a lightened area would. Otherwise the rugs look fresh and clean. The cost was $2.25 per square foot. They picked up when they said they would. I called to check the delivery date/time to make sure we were on track and we were. Julie helped us put the rugs down to make sure they were "wrinkle" free and exactly where we wanted them.
