Dick Windham is the owner and we have used him for years. He is wonderful. Whenever we need anything we always go back to him because he is such a pleasure. When we get multiple bids, they are not the highest or lowest but they are the most realistic. He is involved and actually calls back and keeps in touch. He is professional. He knows his crew and if something isn't done right he fixes it. He is a very grade A person. He is a solid person. He doesn't have a huge, huge company so he knows everybody he has in his crew. We tell everybody we know about him. We appreciate the good work he had done over the years. We get multiple bids but we still go back to him. His quality is excellent and his prices are reasonable.

It went excellent. Remodels can be painful, especially if you are living in the house through the process. Each contractor under Windham's direction was courteous, cleaned up daily and took great precautions to ensure our pets didn't get outside.
