Very good company to work with. They were helpful and patient through the design process. We established our desired schedule and they met it. When they did the final measurement on the tub surround, they declared that there would have to be a seam in the marble. Since we had been led to believe that wasn't required, Western Tile volunteered a small rebate. The on site person - Loren - was very professional and a perfectionist. He was also very responsive to the two minor issues we brought to his attention. The bathroom looks beautiful.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM WESTERN TILE AND MARBLE. THE COUNTERTOPS WERE IN STOCK AND HAD TO BE CUT AND INSTALLED. WE HAD ONE MINOR PROBLEM WITH A SPOT ON THE SURFACE AND WHEN WHEN THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO BUFF IT OUT, THEY PROMPTLY REPLACED THE PIECE WITHOUT QUESTION. THIS WAS A VERY EASY COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO ASK ME EXACTLY WHERE I WANTED THE CUTOUT FOR THE SINK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CAREFUL DURING THE INSTALLATION AND DID NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING.
