Description of Work: Had them install some vinyl tile flooring, which involved doing leveling. The guy underbid the job because he didn't know what he was doing, his subcontractor came in and was arrogant and unprofessional. Had the qualifications to do a proper job, but didn't communicate with me to get the job done properly and did a poor quality job as a result.

+ 0 moreEstimator arrived (1 week before), measured spaces, produced proposal. On installation day, installers arrived early in the afternoon (as requested), prepared floors for installation of new carpet (family room) and vinyl(laundry room), brought products in and installed them. Installers were efficient, experienced and pleasant to deal with. They asked questions when it wasn't obvious what I wanted and followed through with no problems. The job was finished and all cleanup done within a few hours.

+ -1 moreThe owner is Bill Bull. I once talked to the competitor and he said really nice things about Bill. I always request for one specific installer and he does a really excellent job. I will be using them again within a month and a half. They are a great company. I wouldn't be doing business with them as long as I have done it, if I had a problem with. They are really nice people. I had a problem once and I mentioned it to one of their installers. Bill crossed a check for me.
Description of Work: I buy carpets from Westco Floors & Interiors. I have done business with them since I was 25, which has been around 34 years ago.
