I am really disappointed with this company. My husband took the sewing machine to them to get an estimate on how much it will cost to fixed it. If it was too much, I would rather have a new one. They fixed the machine but they never told my husband how much it would cost. Then, they told us that we owed them $200. We were really mad because for that money, we would be able to buy a new one.
Description of Work: They fixed my sewing machine because it was old and it wasn't working. They replaced a small part on the motor but I don't recall exactly what it was. They also did a tune-up on it.

THEY REPAIRED MY VACUUM AND FOR SUCH A RESONABLE PRICE. IT NEEDED A NEW BELT AND WE ALSO REPLACED A ROLLER. IT NO LONGER SMELLS AND THE PEOPLE AT VIKING WERE WONDERFUL.
Description of Work: MY VACUUM SMELLED LIKE IT WAS BURNING ALL OF THE TIME. I COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT SO I TOOK IT IN TO VIKING.
