Stereo and Home Theater System Service, TV Sales
I called ahead to make sure that Video Only had the exact TV in stock and to confirm price. The gentleman on the phone confirmed it was in stock and told me the price of the TV was normally $2000 but that it was negotiable. This was my first experience in negotiating a price besides a house or a car so I did my research on the TV and came up with a number that seemed very fair for both myself and the store. When we got to the store, the salesperson actually came below the number I was thinking of, gave us a discount on the stand, and threw in needed cables at no charge. Excellent service and an excellent price.
