I pay about $150 a month for two phones. They are very helpful when I have a problem but their prices are too high.

We have the family plan and basic cell phone service. I feel like we have good service with Verizon, and we always have signal when we go to Seaside, OR. I am pleased with the service.

They took the time to help me find a good number. Now I have a pretty cool number because they took the time to look through the database. They also do such a great job that I selected them for use by my entire company. I work with an account rep & he is very responsive & whenever anything comes up, he is right there to fix it. There coverage area is fantastic & I will continue to use them in the future.

When we lived in CA, and while looking for homes in OR, we had excellent service from Verizon Wireless. However, as soon as we moved we had very poor reception at our new home. We believe this is because of the house across the street (when we go over there we have good reception). My husband called Verizon to let them know about our coverage problems and explained about the problem. They sent someone out, but that person only checked reception down at the bottom of our hill where there is no obstruction. This was despite my husband specifically saying what was going on. Additionally, while traveling this summer we made many calls and got roaming charges. Whenever we were in a "roaming region" before our phones had notified us of such on the screen. It didn't this time.
