THE APPRAISER WAS VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF AREA HOME VALUES. HE APPRECIATED THE EXTENT AND QUALITY OF REMODELING DONE IN THE HOME AND APPRECIATED HOW THE REMODEL INCREASED THE VALUE OF THE HOME. THE APPRAISAL WAS WELL WRITTEN AND COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
