Home Inspection
DAN GERPHEIDE IS ONE OF THE REAL EXPERTS IN EXTERIOR CLADDING AND MOISTURE INTRUSION, AND SPECIALIZES IN STUCCO AND EIFS. I USED HIM TO INSPECT A HOME WHERE I WAS THE BUYER'S REAL ESTATE AGENT, AND FOUND HIM TO BE HIGHLY KNOWLEDGE AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL UTILIZE HIS SERVICES EXCLUSIVELY WHENEVER A CLIENT NEEDS A SIDING INSPECTION.
