I USED HIM TO INSPECT A HOME WHERE I WAS THE BUYER'S REAL ESTATE AGENT, AND FOUND HIM TO BE HIGHLY KNOWLEDGE AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL UTILIZE HIS SERVICES EXCLUSIVELY WHENEVER A CLIENT NEEDS A SIDING INSPECTION.
Description of Work: I AM A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT, AND I HIRED TRI-STATE CONSULTING TO INSPECT A HOME ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER I REPRESENTED. TRI-STATE INSPECTED THE HOME FOR POTENTIAL PROBLEMS WITH THE EIFS SIDING, AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REPAIR.
