We purchased a new appliance, and the wall against which it was to be installed was damaged. So, we wanted the wall repaired prior to delivery of the appliance. I told Jeff what we needed, even sending photos of the wall to be repaired and repainted. He agreed to a work date and time that was acceptable to me (although just barely -- he asked to do the work the morning of the day that the new appliance was scheduled for delivery). The quoted price was a bit high, but that was due to his "5 hour minimum charge" and it was acceptable in order to get the work done in a timely manner.
On the agreed-upon date and time, no one showed up from Three Sixty Solutions to do the work. I called Jeff, but after several rings the phone went to voicemail so I left a message. I also emailed him, asking where his worker was. Less than an hour later, Jeff called me, apologizing for dropping the ball. He came to our house himself to do the work, and the final product was high in quality. Also, it was completed prior to the scheduled appliance delivery.
Although Jeff did indeed fail to properly schedule my job per his earlier agreement, he did all that he could do to make it right once I notified him of the error. I acknowledge that mistakes happen, and I appreciated his professional and rapid response to try to still meet my needs.
We received quotes from three different painters. Jeff from 360 was inline for the best price and we really like his attention to detail. He brought one of his painters with him during the initial walk through to help point out specifics and get a really detailed scope of the work.
Jeff and his guys showed up when they said they would. They worked late a few nights, and the Saturday before Christmas to get the job done early so we could get settled before the holiday. They cleaned up and neatly stored their equipment where we agreed and they did a really good job of cleaning up the house after the work was completed.
The walls looks so good that they now make us want to paint the the trim and doors to bring them up to the same standard.
We plan on using Jeff and his crew again for the interior trim and for the exterior in the spring.
