We hired The Right Remodel to build an accessible bathroom for our terminally-ill, wheelchair-bound son. Two years later, the shower is leaking through the ceiling below, and the tile is popping off the floor from retained moisture. Chris Carr and Martha Craig are not responding to our requests that they take responsibility for the work.

They force u to sign a contract with no timelines. Even when we bend over back to sign the contract there is absolutely no correspondence. I was very clear on the time when we wanted the project to start. Some it always got ignored. The ideas they had were good and I like the professionalism in the home visit but it is just impossible to work with them on scheduling or getting work done in any timely manner. I guess that is he reason they are cheap
