THE FITNESS OUTLET

At first they told me they had it in stock, then come to find out they didn't and had to order it. It took two weeks for me to get it. I paid them 1200$, 200 of it was to assemble it. The main reason why I bought the treadmill from them was because the were offering a free mat with a value of 89$. The mat they sent me was 30'72, which really needed a 32'72, so it did not fit underneath the treadmill, I called Richard in customer service and he gave me the runaround, about how it is not suppose to go under it, and could ruin it, which i knew was not right, i feel that they were deceptive in offering this free mat, when the whole purpose of the mat is to protect the floor. It was deceptive advertizing.

THE FIRST REPAIRMAN WAS NOT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE, HOWEVER THE SECOND REPAIRMAN WAS EXCELLENT. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, CAME WHEN PROMISED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM PROMPTLY. HE WAS VERY INTERESTED IN GOOD SERVICE.

WE WENT INTO THIS PURCHASE QUITE RELUCTANTLY, BUT WE WERE REASSURED WHEN WE RECEIVED QUITE A BIT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT FROM VERY FRIENDLY SALES PEOPLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
