I have had The Blind Alley do my blinds for the last 3 homes I have owned over a 15 year period. I have always checked their prices compared to other competitors (Costco, 3 Day Blinds, Home Depot etc.) They are very close or lower in price than their competitors. What the Blind Alley has which no one else has is their service. I had a hard time with competitors who didn't call back until 2 weeks later to set up an appointment or didn't call me back at all. Some of their prices were way higher for the same product. I have worked with Leslie Davies at The Blind Alley every time. She has helped me with colors, products that might be cheaper that I could use but still looks nice, and she is quite knowledgeable about anything they sell. I have had high and low end products and loved them all. If I had anything that needed repaired (like a string that broke which happened several times when my children were young) they would come out and fix it for free. When you call there office they immediately direct you to the person you need to speak to. There service is unbeatable. You do not get the same service at other places.

Serjay did an excellent job with the measuring and installation. He adjusted the skylight blinds perfectly so it is easy to open and close them.

I would never go anywhere else for interior window treatments! Great service. I worked with Leslie, and everyone in the store is friendly and helpful as I explored my options. I took several samples home to see how they worked in my windows. The tiny samples are not the greatest for gauging glare blockage, which is what I needed. I erred on the side of more light blocking and I'm glad I did. Leslie gave me a healthy discount without my even asking! The installer was friendly, helpful and efficient. I love the motorized shade on the large picture window. Worth the extra money. I got the wand for the much smaller window and once you get the hang of how to use it, it's fine. I would absolutely get additional shades from The Blind Alley.

We are very happy with our beautiful shades, and with the customer service we received from The Blind Alley. Buying window treatments from The Blind Alley was a very pleasant experience, from the moment the sales representative came to our home to help us select the shades for our living room and entry-way, to the installation, and the follow-up customer service. Everyone is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The installer was very competent, and the shades were beautifully installed. (The installers are trained company employees, not subcontractors.) Our Nantucket shades arrived from the Hunter Douglas factory exactly as ordered. We had a question about one of the shades, and we were very impressed with The Blind Alley’s level of follow-up customer service. The Blind Alley sent out the head technician to look at the situation, and then took the time to consult with the Hunter Douglas company. This slight issue was resolved to our satisfaction. This is the second time that we have used The Blind Alley for window shades and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future window treatment purchases. Everybody at The Blind Alley takes pride in what they do. The company stands behind their products and provides unrivaled customer service.

While it took some time between initial order and receipt and installation of the blinds, we are very happy with the finished product. The blinds are very attractive and easy to use.  The installation was quick and clean.

at the initial call to  install the 3  shades one of the large shades was the wrong material and color.  I was told that a reorder was submitted and  that the new shades should arrive within 10 days.  That did not happen and after many phones calls trying to figure out what was the exact problem it became apparent that the company had a bad order on the material and that Blind Alley was not getting the correct information.  Another person at Blind Alley was able to contact the company, get the right information and I was able to get an appointment scheduled for installation. Although I had the initial problem regarding when I would be getting my shade, Blind Alley refunded my deposit until all the shades were installed .  I would definitely work with them again , I  think my problem was with the shade manufacture and not Blind Alley.  The bonus is that  Blind Alley stands behind their work for as long as I have the shades!!

Options for types of blinds were well explained during the initial consultation. Delivery and the single-day installation were timely and effi efficient. We like these wood-slat blinds which open and close easily in just a second, and raising and lowering them is also easy.
Our thanks to staff members Tammy and Natalia and colleagues. We highly recommend Blind Alley Bellevue. Bst rgds, Billand Barbara Galler.

I had ordered blinds for our new home. They came to my home with samples, listened to my requirements and recommended reasonably priced options.Measurements were taken and I placed my order. The order was filled in 3 weeks as promised. Their technician came at the appointed time and installed them quickly, quietly and professionally. The greatest advantage when buying through Blind Alley is that they provide free repairs for the lifetime of the blinds. One of the blinds in my family room was not working. They had to send technicians out two times to resolve the issue. Both times, I was given quick appointments. The repair guys were on time and repaired the blinds.
Overall, I had a great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and keep your needs in mind. I would recommend Blind Alley
for their excellent service and extensive selection.

We purchased Hunter Douglas Alouette blinds from a different company 6 years ago. The blinds became defective within a few years, but the original vendor we purchased it from was not cooperative with facilitating the exchange with Hunter Douglas even though the product contained a lifetime warranty. The vendor provided an RMA (return ID) but she instructed us to find an installer to remove the blinds, then bring them into the Hunter Douglas return site ourselves. Her business was not doing well in the economy and as a result, was limited with installers who would not come out to remove our blinds. We called multiple blind installers but could not find anybody who was knowledgeable with the product.
Throughout the years, the Aloutte blinds have continued to malfunction, to the point where we could no longer open or close some of them. (We purchased 4 sets for our kitchen/family room.) We did not want to pay another $2000 to replace them, so I called Hunter Douglas who directed us to The Blind Alley. From the beginning, they were nothing but helpful with facilitating the end to end process.
I spoke to Kurt from the Blind Alley who was incredibly helpful with working through the logistics with Hunter Douglas. It turned out that we were only owed a $1500 exchange since $500 of whart we paid for was the commission for the original vendor. Kurt offered to have The Blind Alley pick up the additional $500 to prevent us from paying the difference! From there, a designer came to our home to help us pick out alternative choices. She was incredibly helpful and found a product that had a similar look to our previous blinds but with far superior quality. The total cost came to about $1900 so at the end of the day, we did not pay a dime! The blinds arrived in about 7 weeks, then they promptly installed it. The replacement blinds are even nicer than the original and we could not be more pleased.
The icing on the cake is that they provided us with a nicely potted plant as a thank you for using their services. The Blind Alley facilitated the entire warranty (on behalf of a business that is no longer around in our area), covered the additional cost, then gave us a thank you gift. That is above and beyond any customer service experience! One more thing I should mention is that every single employee we worked with was incredibly courteous, helpful and professional. Despite the fact that this was a warranty exchange, we were treated as if we were customers purchasing a new product. It's clear that they take pride in what they do !
The next time we need blinds, we will be going through this company.

We were looking to cover three view windows to block out sunlight while enhancing the room aesthetic. We received bids from 3 window covering companies total. One company deferred to Blind Alley and didn't bid, stating that Blind Alley was the strongest in the area at doing installations such as these. The other company was helpful and had a slightly lower bid (thus the and quot;Band quot; on price) but they weren't as responsive as Blind Alley and used contracted installers instead of the in-house installers employed by Blind Alley.

They said the installation would be about four weeks out. After four weeks, I hadn't heard anything and so sent an email to the salesperson. I then got a call from the scheduler saying they could set something up in about ten days. I thought it was a little strange that I had to reach out to them to ask if the blinds were ready only to hear that they were ready and the next step was to schedule installation. Thus, the and quot;Band quot; on responsiveness.

The installation was very professional and of high quality. The installer arrived on time, and quietly set up and efficiently went about the installation. It was clear the installer had done this many times and made sure to get the window coverings set up perfectly without prompting or suggestions from us. At no point did it seem like he was hurrying through the job to move onto the next one as he spent spent as much time on minor adjustments and tweaking as he did in getting the skyline blinds initially hung.

Overall, a very professional installation, everything looks great and we would definitely use Blind Alley again.

The in-store experience was great. Lots of choice and a knowledgeable rep. The measurement went well too although the estimator was 30 min late. The Luminairs arrived on time as promised and the installation went well.
