I love them and I love my cell phone. I use a Motorola Defy and it is water, dust and scratch proof. I have been using them for 5 years. I have text messaging, picture messaging and internet on my phone. I pay $284 for three lines. The people are all very professional and they make sure they solve the problem. I had an issue once and my last phone was messing up so the customer service lady called me the next day to see my phone was working correctly. They might put you on hold for sometime but they always make sure they take care of you and make sure you are happy and the issue is resolved.
Description of Work: I use T-Mobile USA Inc for mobile service and I contacted customer service in August.
