I signed up for 2 lines for $80. a month and was told that I would receive $300 for switching from Verizon. Later to find out that I needed to pay $120. a month to get the discount. They also said they would start the service in two weeks from the day I signed up. And they started charging for the service on that day, eventhough I did not activate the phones until the agreed date two weeks later. TMobile's costomer service was OK, they had me keep paying the extra $40 a month + taxes, for 2 months then switched me to the service I was promised. So I paid an extra $80+ and spent well over an hour to fix the problem. I tried to solve the problem with the person at the store. Only to get rude toughshit replies and the manager would not even speak to me. They lied everytime I ask for the manager, saying he was not in the store, even though I could see him in the store.

T-Mobile has been great. I have no issues with them. I generally don’t drop a call. I have a little bit of data on my phone; not a whole lot. I don’t really use that. The speed is pretty good. They are a little pricey, but I just got a new phone, so that doesn't surprise me. I like them. With regard to responsiveness, I have not had any issues with T-Mobile, so I haven't had to respond to anything. It is really good. Their professionalism is really good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I like their service. I have been with them for 10 years. They have good customer service and their rates are better than most other providers. They have a good international plan and I think that they are very competitive. I will continue to use them.

We have been with them for about 10 years. They don't have very good phones and their technology is falling behind. They have very few Android phones and they don't support IPhones. We have 2 lines and pay about $115.00 and only get a limited amount of data. I would give them a C rating and I would not use them again.

We wouldn’t recommend them. We can't stand them. We used them for the last 10 years and we just canceled. We are still having problems with the last bill. Their customer services sucks so bad that we quit after so many years. It almost isn't even worth talking to them about the bill; it is easier to pay it. They don't listen. Their prices were not bad. They didn’t give us options like the other cell phone companies. We actually called and they asked if someone could call us back in an hour and nobody called back. We have actually spent 3 or 4 hours being transferred back and forth. We spent a whole Saturday afternoon doing that. We would never use them again. We dedicated 10 or 11 years to them and got nothing out of them. We paid the early withdrawal penalty and they are charging us for a full month even though we cancelled 10 days into the month. We still owe them $60. They call us at least 3 times a day and we get a letter in the mail every day. We call that harassment.

I have a prepaid phone with them. I buy my minutes every 10 or 11 months. What stands out about them is reliable service. I do not have any complaints about anything.

I called them on Monday to have minutes added to a phone, and was told that the card I was using would not authorize the payment. The rep never told me that she tried processing it more than once, in fact she apparently tried three times. So, I paid for the mintues using a different card. I found out through my bank that the charges did go through on that card, three times, for $107.25 each time!
I called them at the beginning of the week, as soon as I found out what had happened, and was told that it would take a couple of days for the credit to return to my card. I called again today because it still isn't back, and was told that the hold up was "processing procedures."

We are satisfied with the company. We have had good service with them. In some places there are dropouts, but overall they are very good. One of their plans allows us some flexibility than other plans. They have very good customer service. They have been thorough with their explanations whenever we had a problem.

I have used T-Mobile for almost 10 years. I had a very basic plan for $19.99 and decided to change to a pay as you go plan with Virgin Mobile. I don't have any complaints with T Mobile nor did I have any trouble canceling my service (like you sometimes do). She did want to know if I could get someone else to use my phone instead of canceling and I said, no my dogs don't talk on the phone :)

I use my cell for emergencies so I don't have a big plan. It works really well, I always have minutes left over at the end of the month, also they let you get a free phone each year.

I am happy with this service. For instance, the day we had our second child, our phone usage went up. We had called them to find out what we could do to avoid overages. They understood, and let that one instance go. I'm happy to say I feel that they will work with you.

The phones and headsets were free after mail-in rebates. There was a problem with one of the rebates but they corrected it. The porting of the old number was seamless and on time. Best price around on cellular service.

THE PRICE QUOTED IS THE COST OF THE $50 PREPAID PHONE CARDS THAT I BUY TO MAINTAIN SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS DOUBLE MY BALANCE WHICH IS NICE. THE SERVICE IS PRETTY RELIABLE, BUT OCCASIONALLY I DO NOT HAVE A SIGNAL, WHICH IS PROBABLY PRETTY COMMON. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (FOR WHICH I AM GRATEFUL), SO I CANNOT GRADE THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, PUNCTUALITY, OR PROFESSIONALISM.
