I've been seeing them since about 1972. I started out with the father, and now I'm seeing the son. The hygienist is really gentle and she's kept my teeth in really good order. I feel confident, going to her.

I have been going to them for a couple decades now. They are very professional, and I feel confident that what needs to be done is being done, and they are not tacking on any extra work. They take care of of what needs to be done on a regularly scheduled basis. The office is very professional and very nice. They also send out reminders when you are due for a checkup.

Excellenet. Their technicians are experienced and friendly, work efficiently and are thorough. Dr. Swanson is experienced and gentle, and provides good feedback and information. This is a long-standing relationship with a very good dentist. The family first went to his father for dental care, and continued on with the son. There would be no reason to change and the care has been always very good. The equipment in their offices is up to date, and it is always extremely clean and well-organized.

The reason we went there was because my former sister-in-law is the office manager. They were very convenient to where we live. They were supposed to be a high-end dentist and my husband needed some specific work done. I found that the work was way overpriced. I saw an associate and I didn't find their work up to par and I was paying more than top dollar for it. I was not pleased with my service at all. They are like every dentist; it takes several weeks to get an appointment. While we were there we were handled in a timely fashion. I'm always late and they were able to accommodate me. We will never go back.

I and my husband both go to him. I got him as a referral through one of my friend, who had been a dental hygienist and teaches at University of Washington. I have been there and had the work done by him. His staff was very competent. His price was fair and reasonable. His staff was very accommodating. He was not going to win a personality contest; but he was very pleasant, very good and very patient. I was very impressed with the work he did. He gave the option to choose between crown and large filling; he told me to choose it because it was my teeth. This was very unusual. He repaired the cavity and did large filling. The work looks great as if I got a crown. The person who cleaned my teeth was very professional lady and very calm. She gave me some information, while she was doing the work. She was very reassuring and put me to an ease. She explained me everything. I was very pleased. I didn't have to wait a long time and they tried to get me in quickly. The office was very attractive, very pleasant and I had a gorgeous time there. The staff was very accommodating. They tried to work me sooner and they were just very easy to work with. He was working on me in between the appointments. He was really focused on me what he was doing and moving back and forth because I have had an appointment that wasn't really planned. I felt well treated. I had more interaction with the staff because he was working on me and my mouth open. He was good at explaining what he was doing and what he would do. The person at the frontdesk was very pleasant and they paid for the parking, which was another nice perk. I'm very pleased with the outcome. The billing was fair.

His hygienists are nice and friendly. When you need major dental work to be done, they do a good work.

He is very efficient, knowledgeable and I feel that he provides very good quality of dental care for me. He has a lovely office that is also very good with billing and administration.

Dr. Swanson and his staff are always professional and perform their services well.   Due to a prior gagging experience, on the last visit the office required one patient to take an anti-gagging medication prophylactically.  However, that requirement was explained at the visit, rather than before it, so that a second visit was needed.  The office is not a preferred provider in a network that is extremely common in the area, so the out-of-pocket expenditures at Dr. Swanson's office are too high.

I keep going back to him because of his technical expertise and his warm and caring attitude. His office staff is helpful, polite and they are easy to work with.

He is a very competent dentist. He has always done good work. I've been held up in the office for maybe 10 or 15 minutes. The staff seems to be well trained.

Dr. Swanson is a great dentist. He is one of the I've been to. The office is very professional. They are good about getting you in on time. They are also very up-to-date in their practices and their equipment.
