I found Surefire possibly by accident several years ago - not pleased with a large, local computer repair company with a very slow response time and expensive contracts. Also, not pleased with the customer service when I called them to see if they would walk me through minor issues on the phone (not!) But, it's a lot different at Surefire. Aneil (Neil) Zubair is the owner and his father helps out on occasion and is so pleasant to speak with. Josh is one of the employees and I always appreciate his patience when working with me or with my clients who may not be as computer literate as those who are much younger. Both Josh and Neil are very good listeners; patient and thorough. They have helped out on a moment's notice more times than I can remember and they bend over backwards to make sure our questions have been answered and our computers are working optimally again! I can't recommend them more highly. The only issue is their repair shop is tucked away in the back of an industrial center of sorts...so be sure you get good directions. Once you know how to reach them, you're set.
Both my son, clients and I have taken our computers to them and we are always pleasantly surprised to get our computers back sometimes that same day! - The other day, I had an older client who has gone through so many discouraging computer glitches in his business resulting in having to purchase a new computer (with the learning curve that goes with it - (new operating system, etc.!) ...and both Neil and Josh were extremely patient speaking with my client and walked him through some of the 'fixes' and then, took over the computer remotely and worked on the problem until it was fixed. My client was elated and is considering cancelling his contract with 'that other company.'
