Sure-Clean

I bought a deal through Amazon Local to have my windows cleaned by this company. I looked for a reference on Angie's List but couldn't find one which is why I am writing this. I want everyone to know not to use this company. I got ripped off. Instead of charging per window, they charge per windowpane. The way that their advertisement is written is very misleading. They count each "windowpane" as a window rather than each window. In addition, they have a $50 charge if they have to climb on your roof to clean some of the windows. It cost me $79 to get half of my windows cleaned on the outside. I usually get all of the my windows cleaned on this inside and outside as well as the screens washed for $100. Clearly, they made some money off of me. The guy who did the work was nice enough and the windows that he washed were clean. However, the value of the service was ridiculously poor and the deal posted was very misleading. Additionally, their receptionist never answered the phone or returned the message that I left.
