Cabinet Making
I was attracted by their advertisement which were quite impressive and appeared very regularly. The show room cabinets were very nice and were very easy to fall in love with. The rep was very helpful and responsive. Turnaround time for design is within days. However, it took a long time for the shipment to arrive from Europe and there were delays. There were some mistakes and the turnaround time for the corrections were also longer than acceptable. The cabinets were gorgeous but the installation experience was lousy. And don't expect it to turn up like in the show room.
