I found Jeff while searching for plumbers to replace hose bib. I left a message, and he called me back in 2 days. I wish he could call back sooner, but in the voicemail he did say he is a one-person shop and will call back sooner or later. He was scheduled out about 1-2 weeks. He charges by hour and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the phone. He came out right on the time he promised and replaced the whole frost free faucet assembly in 30 min. He recommended getting a piece of 2x4 to secure the pipe in the crawl space. I cut a piece of 2x4 and he installed it. All done in one hour. He is professional and nice mannered. I enjoyed talking to him. Definitely recommend to others.

They did a fantastic job. They came exactly when they said they were going to. At the last minute we had a clog that needed a repair right away. They came the next day and did it. I was very happy with the price and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and had great workmanship.

Returned phone call within a day when first called. Showed up on time. Had all parts needed with him. Was courteous and shared knowledge which was helpful since he was raised nearby on Mercer Island and is familiar with how homes settle. Repairs appear to be high quality. Drain pipe looks very clean, and the gas regulator assembly looks very nicely welded as far as we can tell. Faucet and soap dispenser work well. Labor cost was about $100/hour which seemed reasonable for an experienced journeyman plumber.
This is the second time we've used him and the quality was as good as the first time.

I saw excellent reviews, got phone bids, and contact with Jeff Drisoll was pleasant throughout. He advised me on the phone how to arrange the water shutoff (I live in a townhouse) and made a firm date to come. He was here on time and ready to get to work; he had estimated three hours and was done in two. He was professional, tidy, courteous and pleasant.

Jeff Driscoll is the one man show. I got the referral from Angies List. Called him in the early morning, left voice mail. He called me back about 3 hours later; said he had just finished a job and could now head my way; showed up an hour later; did a quick scan of the project; told me what he proposed to do and how he would do it; gave me an estimate; I made an offer; deal struck. He completed the job in 2.5 hours. His phone rang several times while working on my project but he let the calls go to voice mail instead of interupting his work---which I appreciated.

I needed the toilet to be fixed quickly because guests were coming for the weekend. Jeff replied to my phone call promptly, understood the problem, and set up a time for the next day. He arrived on time (calling ahead to let me know he was on the way), and had things fixed in a jiffy. Jeff was a friendly, helpful man, confident and ready to get to get things done. I was very happy with the quality of his work -- the toilet is running better than ever. I will definitely use Stellar Plumbing in the future, and have already recommended him to others.

After receiving a very high water bill, I determined that the leak was outside the house. In the expectation (and hope) that the problem was at the coupling between the utility and my pipe, we dug down to expose the coupling. We found the leak. Hurrah! we didn't have to tear the rockery apart. My friend, a contractor, recommended Jeff Driscoll of Stellar Plumbing, who had done work for him, and he called Jeff and set up an appointment. We enlarged the hole so that the plumber could work in it. Jeff arrived punctually with every tool and replacement part needed, and he finished the work in two hours. That afternoon, the utility inspector came by and approved the repair. We filled in the hole. Jeff did everything right. He was punctual, prepared, professional, and pleasant (all the Ps you hope for in a Plumber). I would certainly call him again.
