They did a nice job!

I have never hired a housecleaner before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Since I have multiple skeletal issues I am finding it harder to maintain my home myself so I thought I would try a house cleaner. I chose Simply Clean because the process of getting a bid seemed the most complete and professional. In addition my husband works in a hazardous chemical program and insisted that any products that were used were natural. The couple that was assigned to me arrived promptly but made it quite clear from the outset that they spoke very little English (they were Russian) and made me feel as though they had no interest in making any attempt to communicate with me. In spite of this I did try to get through to them that I did not want the vanities cleaned in any bathrooms by showing them the vanities and saying "No". From the beginning during the time that I provided information for the bid I stated that the areas I wanted cleaned most were my floor hard surfaces and the showers. Although I tried to stay out of their way as much as possible I was intermittently checking to see what they were doing. What I saw was them cleaning the vanities washing the interior of windows, sweeping the kitchen floor (not wet mopping it) and cleaning the microwaves. I kept myself busy by going through some old paper work and found some items that needed to be shredded which I did. Later I had more items to shred and the shredder wouldn't work. At this point I called the phone number that was given to me if a problem arose. No one answered the phone so I left a message. No one called back. After a while I tried to get through to them that the shredder wasn't working. Since they couldn't understand me he called someone who had no authority over him and we used him as a translator. The man did manage to get the shredder working again. After a while, they appeared and said they were fini. At which point I said they weren't done. For one thing they were supposed to work for eight hours and they had only been here six. The showers had not been cleaned, the rug downstairs had not been vacuumed and the hard floor surfaces had not been cleaned. They did wash the hard wood floor in the sunroom and might have cleaned the center of the vinyl floor in the laundry room. I wiped a small patch in the kitchen with a wet napkin and it turned black (she had claimed it had been washed). She did wash the kitchen floor while I was watching and they also vacuumed the downstair area at this time. Meanwhile I called the company again and someone did answer the phone. I told her what was going on. She said she would get the woman who is in charge call me back. Several minutes later she did call. I explained what was happening. She then called her workers, spoke with them and called me back. My feeling was that she felt there was nothing she could do since she felt she was stuck in the middle. I actually got the feeling that she thought I was being unreasonable. By now, I only wanted these people out of my house so I told them to leave. I wanted them out of my hair so that I could concentrate on getting the areas cleaned that I had originally wanted cleaned. I cleaned both bathroom's floors, one shower and found that in the laundry nothing had been moved that was on the floor so there was an accumulation of dust and cobwebs behind some boxes. In addition, an email had requested that I put the oven through a self-cleaning cycle which I did. I found that no effort was made to wipe out the oven. There was some minimal effort to clean the refrigerator interior so I felt compelled to complete that job. When my husband got home he discovered that they had mixed the trash with the recycling when they took it out so he had to spend a considerable amount of time resorting the recycled materials from the trash. I had contacted four companies and was told that the initial cleaning is higher since the house must be brought up to their standards and that subsequent cleanings are not as pricey. If the level of cleaning that was done is what they consider to be deep cleaning I can't imagine what their maintenance cleaning is like. Believe me, I would never get an award for housecleaning. I am not that fussy that is why this is so unbelievable.

The cleaning was fantastic! The whole house sparkled! The worker was extremely pleasant and followed all instructions. We couldn't have had any better experience. We would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Miguel stayed long after 5pm, saying he would stay as long as it took to please me. When I saw a couple of areas that needed a bit more cleaning, he gladly went back with stronger cleaning supplies. He even made my bed! WOW! I am now challenged to keep the house as clean as Miguel's effort. And I will look forward to having him back.

I had them come to the house twice to do housekeeping.They were on time, and they did a great job. They were hard working, prompt and nice.

They cleaned the kitchen, living room, bed room and family room. Swept, mopped, dusted and cleaned up the counters. The workers themselves were great but for some reason the manager just came into my house without knocking. She said she came to inspect and ended up slowing down the process.

The initial cleaning crew were great! Cleaned everything; the woodwork and cabinets in the house were of concern to me, and they did a great job! The job was so good, I have hired them to do my regular cleaning. I have just had my regular cleaning done; different crew. They were also great! Very detail oriented. Wonderful to come home to a clean house!

We moved out of our condo and wanted to have our place professionally cleaned.
After we calling around and getting quotes from other companies , we decided to go with Simply
Clean. Lana on the phone was great to work with and the cleaners who
came to the house did a great job! I would recommend Simply Clean to

Nohemi?s does a great job - and my dog (Dixie) absolutely ADORES her! I was running late recently, so I?ve been home when Nohemi arrives. When Dixie hears Nohemi approaching the door, she starts whining and wiggling in anticipation, and then showers Nohemi with soggy dog kisses and begs for a belly rub when she arrives. That?s a huge bonus as I adopted Dixie from a rescue in March, and she?s been nervous of new people. I assumed she?d be scared of the cleaning service, with the vacuum and everything - but apparently Nohemi has won her over!
Nohemi does some cute little extra touches - folded tissues, occasional air freshener, etc.

Rossmery who handles scheduling/customer service is great - very responsive and works with me anytime I have a request. I have had about 4 different cleaners over time (per my own request/needs) and they vary in quality.  I would say one was excellent - I found nothing that I wished had been cleaned better - and the others were good, but I found one or two details that could have been cleaned better.  They will send the cleaner out to correct anything they miss, but it hasn't been a big enough deal to ask them to come back.  I like how they use green cleaning products and ask for feedback about their service.

We have been using Simply Clean for about two years now. They are definitely responsive, professional and do a much better than average job of consistent routine cleaning. They have been very willing to accommodate scheduling adjustments when they come up and are very responsive to specific cleaning requests as needed. For various reasons, like scheduling, we have had experience with three of their cleaning people. There is, of course, some variation in skill, effectiveness, and enthusiasm for the job among different people, but all were quite good. The person we have now is beyond fabulous - she is focussed, punctual, effective and efficient with her time, and totally reliable and professional. Quality to price ratio is excellent.

provider started out doing a fine job, but as the weeks went on, the actual work was not accomplished to my standards.

The service turned out well. The only issue was not plugging back in the refrigerator.
