Young Geun Shin arrived promptly the day he came to provide the initial estimate. He asked good questions about the nature of the project, walked around the house inspecting all the areas that needed work, and advised us on the best way to achieve good results within our budget. He took the previous paint cans with him to match the colors.
The window of opportunity to get the painting job done was closing due to a change of weather, so after we had done some prep work that he requested, HE called US to inquire as to whether we were ready for his crew to come and do the work.
On the day they came to do the painting, his crew arrived on time, worked swiftly and professionally, and matched the existing paint perfectly. Mr. Shin helped us meet the deadline that had been set for us. And as an additional service while he was there, he used his power washer to clean the moss off our front porch and sidewalk, and didn't charge us to do so.
We look forward to hiring Young Geun Shin to come back and paint the entire house at our earliest opportunity.
