+ -1 moreShannon was fantastic. She relied on her many years experience with selling real estate to know just what would interest potential buyers of our house. By the time that we had finished all of the work that she recommended, everyone who saw the house wanted to live in it. Her advice helped us shape the house up to be very attractive. We managed to get our asking price, without any negotiating necessary.
Description of Work: Shannon worked with us for over two months, advising us on how to prepare our house to be able to sell it in a down real estate market. After the house was ready, she listed it and showed it, as necessary. She sold the house in just under two months on the market, while other houses in the neighborhood had been listed for more than six months with no bites.
