Welcome to Sensible Home Management! We are a full service management company that specailiziles in managing all aspects of apartment communities, single/multi-family homes, homeowner and condominium associations in and around King County. We have the experience of managing everything from single family homes to large multifamily communities and all those in-between. Our experience will allow you to take some or all of the stress out of managing your investment property allowing you to put your focus on other areas. Our passion and goal is to provide positive results to both the owners and tenants while offering superior service and convenience. We do this by keeping open communication with both tenants and property owners throughout the term of the lease, qualifying prospective tenants, verifying rental criteria, offering convenient online services to pay rent, schedule work orders, addressing and solving concerns quickly.
