Please note we do not having moving trucks, but work closely with several excellent local companies who do.

I have used Laurie and her team at Seamless Moves twice for my own personal moves and have referred her services numerous times to my real estate clients, many of whom opted to use the service as well. As anyone who has ever moved from a home bigger than a college dorm room knows, it is a very stressful undertaking with alot of details to attend to. The tedious process of wrapping, packing, boxing, taping and labeling items seems to go on forever and meanwhile, nothing else is getting done. Laurie's team is professional, careful and efficient. We moved from a 3 bedroom/2 garage home with 11 years of accumulation and everything was packed, labeled and stacked in ONE DAY! This happened to be to a home across the street from the one we were moving into - the day after the move, Laurie's team came in and UNPACKED and put away everything except about 4 boxes worth of items that even I had questions about. The beds were made, the bathroom cabinets were arranged as well as the kitchen ready to go. Four years later, we used Laurie's team again to move back into the previous home - same program - everything packed in one day (and finished up the following morning) and then unpacked and put away in a day. Both times saved me WEEKS if not a couple months or more of work while I was working fulltime also. I was able to attend to the details of a home building project as well as a remodel while Laurie's team was taking care of our "stuff".

I was not prepared. After many days of trying to do it all myself I knew I needed professional help. Laurie and her team picked up the task and made the seemingly impossible, possible. Elise was the lead for my move and was very patient with me. Elise gently helped me sort through a decade worth of stuff and made sure everything was packed and ready to go for the movers. On the day of the move Elise was a total rock star, smoothing out any wrinkles and making sure there were no loose ends. Her help was indispensable. I am one very happy client.

I would never hire Seamless Moves again. Laurie estimated that my belongings would fit into two 16 foot PODs. Because she failed to measure some of my items, and because she estimated inaccurately, they did not fit; an additional POD was required. I did not expect that I would have to go through each item in my home and tell Laurie how they should be packed (she professes to be a "professional" packer). She supervised the POD loaders (and got paid to do so), but allowed them to load 4 screens - one a hand-painted antique - without blankets or adequate protection. They were all damaged, but the antique sustained the worst damage. The unloaders at the other end were astonished at the lack of packing and loading professionalism. I just discovered that my large flat-screen TV was loaded without being boxed or even protected by a blanket. It was just crammed in between boxes. Yes, the loaders should have done a better job of this, but Laurie was supposed to supervise them. A smaller TV was padded and boxed by Seamless Moves. It's a miracle that the large TV did not sustain significant damage. Laurie should have known better and supervised the loaders appropriately. That's part of what she was paid to do.

"We are at a loss to figure out why this client is upset with Seamless Moves. The Angie's List A-rated company (whom this client hired) that loaded the PODS has already offered to reimburse her for the repairs of any items that were damaged in the move, however she declines to have the items repaired or to work with that company on a resolution of this matter. As things were being loaded into the POD, our representative did check on the loaders to ensure they were wrapping all furniture in the blankets that were provided by this client, and took several photos that show they did wrap her items and that they were loaded in accordance with moving industry standards. Further, none of our company's suite of services includes measuring clients' furniture for the purpose of estimating how many PODS one will need. When it became obvious that a third POD would be needed after this client had left the area, our company made arrangements at no cost to this client to have the items delivered to a POD at the PODS warehouse, since one could not be timely delivered in the busy summer season in order to complete her move within the desired time frame. We regret there was damage to some of this person's items, however, we're pleased that the items that our company packed were not among them."

They charged me $1100 and the packing was not completed. They didn't finish the packing in time for the move so I had to call it off

"We STRONGLY DISAGREE with this review. We DID pack everything this client asked us to the day before she was scheduled to move, however, she refused to open her door to our Project Manager or the Movers on the morning of the move, saying she was too stressed to move. Everything was ready to go. Further, the amount of the packing charges was $490, plus $87 for boxes."

It took 3 days for everything but it went smoothly. I had furniture in 2 different locations that needed to be moved to one location. They made all the arrangements needed for the move. They brought all items needed i.e.. tape, boxes etc. They were on time, respectful & professional. Everyone new exactly what their job was. They worked efficiently & tirelessly. On day one, they did packing. On day 2, they did final packing at one place & had items moved from both locations. On 3rd day they unpacked & put everything in its proper place.

I was extremely pleased with Seamless Move. They unpacked very fast. It was within two days everything was unpacked and all the boxes removed. They took the stress relief out of moving.

Their unpacking & organizing was awesome. In one day I went from a condo full of boxes to the most organized kitchen & bathroom I have ever had, as well as the other rooms being set up nicely. I would use them again.
