I later called them for an estimate to install the tile after I received two other bids. The estimator was experienced, professional and provided a quote the next day, which tied with the lowest bid. I had more confidence in SDA to do a good job on these difficult projects than the others, even though I had good recommendations on the other two. I am very glad I went with SDA.
The jobs were completed quickly and the quality is the best I have seen; I found nothing on the entire job that wasn't perfect, and I am a very demanding person.
