They did it on time, I haven't had any issues. It hadn't really rained, so I can't say whether it is leaking or not, but it certainly hasn't so far. It was good. I didn't really shop around on the price, so I don't know. I would use them again in the future. I do like that they do a lot of these, so they seem to know what they are doing. Also, I screwed up and missed the first appointment and they were fine, let's just reschedule. They were very cool about it.

Service was generally good except for cleaning up the broken glass in the rear of the car. Cut my hand on it and then saw all the broken pieces they left behind. No one from Safelite has called to follow up on my complaint.

It was for my grand daughter. The problem was the response time. They weren't available in a regular time. We paid for it because she have good enough deductible. They charged extra for coming out but we took it there. It wasn't done on time, it was done later in the afternoon. The quality was good. I expected a little more responsive service but maybe they were busy and have a lot of glass being replaced. She had a side window out. She is a student and wouldn't be driving around with the side window out. They did put a screen over it. I have used them before and I had a good experience. They responded and came to my house. Our car had the same type of thing. Timing could be the big issue. I would use them again in future, give them another chance.
