The family has been going to Dr. Gelb for more than twenty eight years.  He has been an excellent dentist and has an excellent staff.  He stays up on the latest in dentistry and equipment.  He takes pride in his workmanship.

Dr. Gelb is excellent! He has been able to refer me to an endodontist for my abscessed crown.

It was fine.  I've been going to him for more than 5 years.

He is excellent and loves his work. He does fabulous work and is always on time. I have never had to wait and the staff is great too. They are all great overall.

I was prepared for the answer to be having braces, which would be expensive and would take a long time. We did discuss this possibility, but Dr. Gelb suggested to first try to fix a badly chipped tooth and to even out some peaks in the adjacent teeth. I agreed to try this. It worked out great. It was very quick, painless, and very inexpensive. I'm very pleased with the results, and have had several comments as people have noticed the improvement.
This review is about this one experience, but I also want to add that I've been going to Dr. Gelb for at least 25 years. He is by far the best dentists I've ever been to. I always trust his advise. When he does find something that needs attention he takes the time to explain the reason and whatever options are available. I have never once felt he was wanting to do a procedure that wasn't necessary, as was the case with some of my previous dentists. The entire staff is friendly, which makes the experience of going to the dentist much more comfortable. I've recommended Dr. Gelb to many friends and family. I have the highest respect for Dr. Gelb and his entire staff. I only hope he doesn't retire for a very long time.

Dr Gelb fixed a chipped tooth.  He took the time to accurately match
color on my chipped front tooth - and i am VERY picky!  He advised of
reasons that my tooth may chip again and provided ideas for future
fixes.  Though these future fixes weren't in my budget, he did not make
me feel guilty about just doing the minimum for now.  He completed the
job painlessly and with no drugs.

He's my brother-in-law's brother-in-law. So he's almost related and guess you could say family recommended. He's got good manners and a good staff. The hygenists are good and he has a good manner when dealing with patients. I think he's very competent.  He seems to keep up on things and goes to conferences every year where they talk about different dental practices.

I have been going to him for about 10 years. He has done an excellent job for me. He does what needs to be done and not a whole lot of extra things. They have taught me maintenance of my mouth and what I am doing wrong when I brush my teeth. They really spend time to show me things. Everybody there is very friendly and very professional. His receptionist is the most amazing woman you would ever meet. She really sets the tone for the whole office. She is fun and friendly and remembers everybody's name. She recognizes your voice when you call. You would never think of a quarter of the things that she does if you were to write the job description of an employee. She is just so amazing and fabulous. His assistants who do all the tests are all really nice. They are very thorough and do a great job. They don't hurt you but they are extremely thorough. You just glitter when you come out of there and it is really nice.

The service went fine.

They gave excellent directions, were ready for both me & my husband on time and took care of both of us together. I love that they only did necessary xrays, did not suggest unnecessary work as my previous dentist did. No flouride - woohoo! Great bedside manner.

He is an excellent doctor. I've sent my relatives to him. He does good work at a reasonable price. I like his whole demeanor and I am very impressed.

Caring, wonderful skill, no pain dentistry. I used him for at least ten years without any probelems or concerns at any time.
